    Due to their safety, high expression levels, and post-translational modification capabilities, baculovirus expression vectors have become a widely used tool for producing recombinant proteins in various fields, including biotechnology, pharmacology, and vaccine development. The key function of vector is to carry foreign gene, mediating the integration of foreign gene and baculovirus gene into infectious nucleic acid sequence, and finally realize the expression of foreign gene.     Baculovirus expression vectors are constructed by replacing the viral genes encoding for structural proteins with the gene of interest, resulting in the production of the recombinant protein in infected insect cells.
