TECHNOLOGY DESCRIPTION

When trying to express a VLP with complex structure, the traditional baculovirus expression vectors usually do not support the insertion of multiple genes or the insertion process is complex.

In order to solve this problem, Creative BioMart provides a VLPs expression pathway and corresponding services that support the simultaneous expression of multiple subunits. Multiple subunit fragments can be inserted into the vector by repeated and simple operations (The two insertion logics is shown in Figure 2).
