Service Detail for Vector Construction

The basic principle of baculovirus expression system is to insert the target gene into the genome of baculovirus. The recombinant virus will induce insect cells to produce recombinant protein. The main methods of inserting foreign genes into baculovirus DNA are transposition recombination, homologous recombination and some other methods. Different recombinant methods correspond to different vector types, foreign gene insertion solutions and recombinant vector screening methods.

FOR TRANSPOSITION RECOMBINATION APPROACHES

Recombinant virus DNA can be constructed through the Tn7 transposition between recombinant donor vector and virus DNA. Creative BioMart provides two methods for recombinant donor construction.

• TA Clone —— The regular method, overnight incubation to obtain recombinant vector

After the construction of the vector, customers can choose to authorize us to perform subsequent protein expression services.
